Method
- 1. Preheat oven to gas mark 6 (200c)
- Slice the duck finely, then coat with the five spice powder season and set aside.
- 2. Cut 4 x 30cm squares of grease proof paper then divide the coated duck between them.
- 3. Mix the hoi sin and plum sauces and pour over the duck.
- 4. Divide the duck between the 4 squares of paper. Fold into parcels and seal well with metal paper clips.
- 5. Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 mins. Remove from the oven to rest.
- Wipe a hot pan with the oil, and stir fry the veg.
- Serve as a small plate main or with rice / noodles as a filling dinner (add 4 Checks)
