Mediterranean Pasta Bake

Method

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 200c / 400f / gas mark 6
  • 2. Cook pasta drain and set to one side.
  • 3. Spray a pan with light oil and fry to soften the vegetables
  • 4. Transfer the vegetables to an ovenproof dish and add the tomatoes, basil and seasoning.
  • 5. Toss the pasta in the fromage frais and mix with the vegetables.
  • 6. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
