Berry Jelly Grown Up

Method

  • Place jelly crystals into a bowl and pour on boiling water.
  • Stir thoroughly to dissolve crystals.
  • Add frozen fruit. Stir in wine.
  • Allow to cool, then chill until set.

Serve a slice of jelly accompanied with a portion of prepared fruits.

Add a spoon ice cream or creme fraiche, for extra checks!
