Method

  • 1. Soak bamboo skewers in water about 15 minutes to prevent scorching.
  • 2. Core apple and cut into 8 wedges.
  • 3. Stone nectarine or peach (you may prefer to peel peach) and cut into 8 wedges.
  • 4. Peel tangerines and separate into 8 pieces of about 2-3 segments each.
  • 5. Divide the fruit into 4 equal quantities and arrange on skewers.
  • 6. Sprinkle with spice and cook approximately 4-5 minutes per side under a pre-heated hot grill.
