Method
- 1. Cooked the basmati rice following the instructions on the package.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan. Then, finely chop the onion and crush the garlic, add to the pan and cook until golden brown.
- 3. Add the chicken and cook through, add the curry paste to the garlic, onions and chicken.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes until the chicken is tender.
- 5. Serve with cooked basmati rice.
