Method
- 1. Place the beatent egg white in one dish and the grated parmesan in another.
- 2. Coat the chicken breasts in the egg white and then coat them in the parmesan.
- 3. Put them under the grill or in an air-fryer on a medium heat for approx 12 minutes - turning once.
- 4. Serve with a rocket salad or green vegetables.
