If you had a subscription with any other Scottish Slimmers online service, you should use the same email address to login. You will be taken through the registration process and asked to update your personal profile.
If you cannot remember your log in details, follow the link to reset your password.
It is important that you update your current weight and set a new target if that's necessary.
During the registration process you will be able to choose the Eating Plan you wish to follow, Classic Checks or FeelGood.
Once your profile is complete you will be taken to the Diary page for today.
To check your subscription, go to My Profile at the top of the page, under your name will be your subscription renewal date. You can also check your subscription by going to My Subscription on the same page.
